هي فكرة أول إذاعة عربية متخصصة في فترة التسعينات، بدأت الإذاعة كفكرة في عام ٢٠١١ وكان أول بث إذاعي عبر الموقع الإلكتروني لتسعينات اف أم تحديدا في ٦- ابريل - ٢٠١١، توجهت الإذاعة لتلبي متطلبات المغتربين العرب في أمريكا واوروبا حيث ان اغلب مستمعيها من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ودول أوروبا، تم انشاء أول ستوديو لراديو تسعينات اف أم في القاهرة ومن بعدها في نيويورك لتلبية متطلبات المستمعين, والان تبث إذاعة تسعينات اف أم عبر الأثير وعلى الموبايل في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وعبر الإنترنت في الوطن العربي واوروبا .
